The only way to reach the site is by email: info@debtpayoffcalc.com. It comes straight to me, Tim, the developer who builds and runs the site on my own.

What to write about

Calculation errors get priority. If a result looks wrong, send the inputs that produced it: the balance, APR, payment or number of months, and for the planner, each debt’s minimum, your extra payment and the strategy you picked. Tell me what you expected and where that number came from, whether a statement, a lender’s schedule or another calculator. With that, I can rerun it and either fix the bug or explain the difference.

The easiest way to send planner inputs is a share link. Turn on “hide debt names” first if the names say more than you want to share.

Broken pages, confusing explanations, out-of-date statistics and feature ideas are all welcome too.

What to leave out

Don’t send account numbers, full statements, your Social Security number or anything else beyond what’s needed to reproduce the problem. The numbers you typed into the calculator are enough.

What I can’t help with

I can’t give personal financial advice or tell you which debt, loan or card is right for you. I’m a developer, not a financial advisor. For advice about your situation, talk to a qualified professional or a nonprofit credit counselor.

Response time

I usually reply within a few days. Reports of wrong numbers go to the front of the queue.
