These are all the debt payoff calculators on DebtPayoffCalc, grouped by the kind of debt. Pick the multi-debt planner if you owe on more than one account, or a single-debt tool for one card, loan or mortgage. Each one runs in your browser, needs no sign-up, and explains its math on the page.

Plan several debts together

The debt payoff calculator is the main planner. Add every debt with its balance, APR and minimum, add an extra monthly payment and lump sums, and compare snowball, avalanche, your own order and minimums only in one table. It handles promo rates, percentage-based minimums, and a goal seek that finds the extra you need to be debt-free by a chosen date. The debt snowball calculator and debt avalanche calculator are the same planner, set to smallest balance first or highest rate first.

Credit cards

For one card, the credit card payoff calculator gives your payoff date at a fixed payment, or the payment for a date you pick. The credit card payment calculator shows payments for 12 to 60 months side by side. The credit card interest calculator shows this month’s interest at the APR divided by 12 and at a daily rate, plus the interest per day. The credit card minimum payment calculator shows what paying only the minimum costs, next to the 36-month payment from your statement. The balance transfer calculator weighs a transfer fee against the interest a promo rate saves.

Loans

The loan payoff calculator starts from your current balance and payment and shows what extra payments save. The early loan payoff calculator starts from the original loan terms instead and works out your balance today. The car loan payoff calculator does the same for auto loans and covers prepayment penalties and precomputed interest. The HELOC payoff calculator compares interest-only payments with paying the line down.

Mortgages

The mortgage payoff calculator takes your original loan and payments made and shows your new payoff date with extra monthly, yearly or lump-sum payments. The mortgage extra payment calculator starts from your current balance and puts the loan with and without extra payments side by side, with a yearly balance table.

How the math works

Every calculator uses the same engine: interest at the APR divided by 12, rounded to the cent each month, and an exact final payment. The methodology page lists every rule and the test cases behind them.
